Wednesday night we slept in Tombstone, AZ at Stampede RV Park. It was a pretty funky little place but for 25 dollars a night what do you expect? We have pictures we'll get on here at some point. We walked around the town but we didn't go to any gun fighting shows at the OK Corral. We didn't want it to scare Jordan. Then we made dinner in the motor home and went on a night walk to the town for a dessert. We went to Big Nose Kate's Saloon apparently she was the first prostitute in the area and was also Doc Holiday's girlfriend.

Thursday we woke up and drove through New Mexico stopped in Las Cruces so Jordan could run around. Then drove through a lot of Texas we tried to make it to a walmart in Fredrickberg, but it was getting too late so we decided to stop in Senora Tx. We parked in a parking lot where there was a pizza hut and a hotel. Right off the main Rd. We were a little concerned someone would ask us to move but no one bothered us.

We woke up Friday morning ate breakfast and drove to our friends Brad & Shelli's who have just moved to Cedar Park Tx from Camarillo. It was nice to take a real shower and they took us out to dinner for real Texas food Sausage and brisket. So good!!! the restaurant was called County Line and it was right on the river I guess people drive there boats right up and park to eat. After dinner we went out to the water and fed these huge fish , ducks & turtles I think that was Jordan's favorite part. Or maybe it was screaming at their dog Otis or playing with their youngest son Mason 8.

This morning Saturday we took our time an Shelli made us a great breakfast. Jeff wants to drive into Louisiana today we'll see how far we get. We are now two hours ahead of California so that's a bit strange Jordan didn't go to sleep till 11pm last night.

Just a side note and a prayer request for our friend Eric Himbert he was snowboarding and had a serious accident. Yesterday they were fusing bone together in his spine. Right now they believe he has permanent damage in his spinal cord. But pray for a miracle OKAY. He is such a great guy he leads worship at Crossroads for the college group.
Unbelievable! how does life change so quickly? I wonder what God thinks? D.o we take our own lives and our simple ability to walk for granted? I'm sure we do, I know I do forgive us
.
I found this in the commentary in my bible under Job 6:9
In Job's grief he wanted to give in, to be freed from his discomfort, and to die. But God did not want to grant Job's request. He had a greater plan for him. Our tendency is to want to give up and get out when the going gets rough. To trust God in the good times is commendable but to trust Him during the difficult times tests our limits and exercises our faith. In your struggles large or small trust God is in control and that he will take care of you.

God help us
Will you work all things for the good of those who love you
It says he will so I guess that's where we just have to trust Him
